Loved our stay here! The street (and area in general) felt safe and quiet. We walked many times at night and there were always people out. So many coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores, etc within walking distance. We drove and chose to park in a parking garage for our stay. Parked in Garage B and it was $36 per night. We walked daily to the path train. It was about 15-20 minutes. Easily doable. The apartment is spacious and furniture is super comfy. Very clean. Kitchen has everything you need. Although with so many food options in walking distance we did not cook once. Sal and Ashley responded almost immediately the few times I reached out to them during our stay. Would 100% recommend.

Great place! Close to the PATH train (10 min walk) and felt very safe. We took the PATH or Uber into the city each day and it wasn’t much trouble at all. We were even able to get Uber or Lyft back late at night if we didn’t feel like taking the subways and PATH. Hosts were also very responsive and even ordered us an extra remote for the TV when we couldn’t find it on our first day. Would book again.

Sal and Ashley were great hosts and the allotment was really comfortable. Beautifully decorated and great kitchen facilities. Everything is new and in great condition. The location is 10/10. Overall a great stay 😀

This was a very comfortable, modern, clean and attractive apartment, just a 2-minute walk from that of those we were visiting. When there was a freakish, unpredictable problem the first night--a smoke detector that began to chirp incessantly because the battery suddenly needed to be replaced, but that we managed to silence--Sal was excellent about responding to this information fairly late at night and arranging to have a handyman come as soon as possible the next morning to effect the repair. The hosts provided extremely clear instructions for access and other matters, and were very friendly and responsive generally, accommodating our wish to check out an hour after the posted 10 AM time. While we did not spend a great deal of time in the apartment (we spent most of our time with family), the time we did spend there was very pleasant, and we'll undoubtedly try to rent this apartment again when the occasion arises.

Stayed for 5 nights and had a great time. The apartment's overall management is a masterclass in hosting Airbnb. We've been 'Airbnb'ing for years and in terms of bottomline things this was THE best. - The entrance to the building is easy to find and work - but aesthetically it's not too pleasant. - Hand towels had yellow smudges! But this is because overtime we've found that some past guests will clean the makeup with white towels even when makeup towels are provided and that's V hard to clean. The apartment had several spare towels though so it worked out! - The hot water did not stay long .. the shower ran cold within minutes even at hottest setting and this was the worst part of the stay. I reported but this could not be handled during our stay. - Bathroom door did not lock - hope it's fixed now. - Overall the unit was clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was very nicely stocked and bedding was clean. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Ample Extra kitchen towels and TPs.

This was a lovely apartment for my family of four. Such a nice quiet neighborhood with several coffee shops within a 5-15 minute walk. We especially enjoyed Dolce and Salato! Washington Street nearby has many restaurants to choose from. We enjoyed the ferry to NYC and Uber when it was too cold to walk. Host was proactive and very responsive.

We recently had a lovely stay at this apartment. The apartment was exactly as it was described, very clean and comfortable and has everything you need. The location is great and we loved Hoboken. The neighbourhood is safe and vibrant and so accessible to NYC. So much of the neighbourhood was decorated for Christmas and it was nice after busy days in Manhattan to return to a more relaxed vibe in Hoboken. We enjoyed eating out in Washington Street. The first morning we travelled into Manhattan we took the ferry which was quick and easy and gives stunning views of the skyline. Other times we took the bus which was equally convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future!

We loved staying at Sal and Ashley’s apartment in Hoboken. It was spacious, clean and so convenient for NYC (easy bus from Washington street to the Port Authority). The apartment had everything we needed and was squeaky clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable. Sal was extremely helpful in answering our questions. There is a ShopRite just around the corner and plenty of coffee shops and good restaurants nearby. Make sure you try KikiLu Gelato (corner of 9th and Garden Street). Their ice cream and pastries are out of this world! We would definitely stay again!

Great location in Hoboken NJ. We took our 4 teenagers to visit NYC for Christmas and Sal and Ashley's place was far enough from the city to feel safe and quiet while being close enough for an easy commute on the PATH train. Plus there were lots of good restaurants and shops right in Hoboken. We loved our stay!!
