Good spot if you have a group and dont want to stay in a hotel room for same price in New York. The space was walkable to restaurants. Using Lyft seemed the best way to get to NYC for us from this location.

We were incredibly pleased with the house and our stay! The house was just as described, and it was obvious that a lot of thought went into the decorations and design. We felt right at home! The hosts were responsive and had clear rules and instructions. The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms were well stocked with everything one might need for a stay. The location is excellent - close to many of the sights and activities that Austin has to offer. We will definitely book again, and are looking forward to our next Austin trip!

It was larger than we expected and surprisingly quiet. We arrived during a heat wave in April and appreciated the air conditioning. It was great to be just out of New York but so easy to get there on the Path train from Hoboken. Our favourite activity was walking to the waterfront and see the lights come on at dusk over the Hudson River. As a family of 5 we appreciated the large supply of towels!

We love this apartment so much. The place itself is spacious and comfortable. The kitchenware is abundant and spotless. The Bed is soft and warm. The surrounding is beautiful and lots of restaurants to choose from. The walk by the water is our favorite and leads to the Path station directly.

The hosts are very communicative and quick to respond and were very accommodating with checking in/out. The accommodation/area is quiet at night. The apartment was very clean and the beds are comfortable and it is easy to walk to both the train and bus - about 7 mins. The PATH takes about 10 mins or so to get into the City. Lovely walk along the Hudson River, plenty of places to eat on Washington St if you wanted to eat locally rather than in the City, local cafes nearby for take-away breakfast pastries - which were really really good! Local convenience shop on the corner & a slightly larger food store on Washington St, local bar Antique Bar & Baker was a great place for a nightcap - extremely friendly. Can recommend The Cuban, Tacoria (great fresh tacos) and The Brass Rail all on Washington Street - for good food and really friendly service.

Loved this property! My family of five was in the area for a college visit on Long Island and spring break in NYC. This was a perfect location for our needs. We all loved Hoboken - so vibrant, with tons of restaurants and shops and bars. Taking PATH to the city was easy convenient too. We came home so tired each night, and all of us were glad to have such a comfortable place to decompress. I thought the beds were SO comfortable too. My daughter committed to LIU, so we will use this property again for sure!

The neighborhood was super walkable, and the place looked exactly like the pictures—beautiful and fresh-smelling! Check-in was a breeze with easy code access, and the host was impressively responsive to any concerns. If I’m in the area, I’d book again. Highly recommend!
