Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater. • Please put and leave all used/dirty linens on the beds • Check-in time is 4:00pm - 10:00pm • Check-out time is 10:00am • Please do not leave excess amount of belongings behind as this could result in an extra cleaning fee charge. This charge can be up to an extra $100 depending on the amount of extra cleaning needed. • We do not permit any Airbnb Services or Experiences of any kind at this property. This includes third-party bookings make through the Airbnb Experiences platform. Any guest who attempts to host or bring an Airbnb-related Service or Experience onto the premises without our prior written approval will have their reservation cancelled immediately, with no refund issued. ~ Property Disclosures ~ We have two, actively recording cameras outside the front entrance of the unit and the backdoor entrance which leads to the building. These cameras record video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the unit which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the unit and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if the house rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.
