Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected. • No pets • Do not leave the fire pit unattended when lit • Shut off the grill when not using it • Quiet hours inside and outside starting at 9:30pm • No loud noise or music past 9pm • No disturbing neighbors. We kindly ask you are mindful of your noise levels at all times. It is essential for us to maintain great relationships with our neighbors to continue hosting you and future guests. • No extra/overnight guests. Please message us beforehand for confirmation. • No Mail/Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up. • No moving or rearranging of the furniture • No unplugging of the electronics • No Pre-Check in Bag Storage - (Local bag storage available via website Bounce) • Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove, and oven • Please put and leave all used/dirty linens on the beds • Check-in time is 4:00pm - 10:00pm • Check-out time is 10:00am • Please do not leave excess amount of belongings behind as this could result in an extra cleaning fee charge. This charge can be up to an extra $100 depending on the amount of extra cleaning needed. • We do not permit any Airbnb Services or Experiences of any kind at this property. This includes third-party bookings make through the Airbnb Experiences platform. Any guest who attempts to host or bring an Airbnb-related Service or Experience onto the premises without our prior written approval will have their reservation cancelled immediately, with no refund issued. ~ Property Disclosures ~ We have exterior cameras, actively recording outside the front entrance, side entrances, and outdoor areas. These cameras record video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in each unit which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the units are in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if the house rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.
